Texas HS Students

A Texas high school juniors and seniors may take two college courses per semester and may receive dual credit, that is credit toward graduation from high school and college credit. Tuition and fees are waived for qualifying courses. A Texas high school student could enroll in up to 36 hours of college credit at no cost (other than books and supplies).

Additionally many colleges/universities accept high school AP classes for college credit providing another opportunity for Texas high school students to acquire college credits before graduating from high school.
